The Second International Workshop and Summer School on Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME 2008) was held in Mondello, Palermo, Italy from June 2 to June 6 2008. Alltogether 45 people have attended the event discussing service-related topics and exchanging ideas. The summer school was accompanied by several S-Cube meetings where the participants discussed emerging topics of the project as well as future joint publications.
