Declarative Quality of Service (QoS) Models are approaches presented in the literature that rely on extensible QoS models. Declarative QoS models include QoS definitions into policies that are usually attached to published services. {SYN: Declarative QoS Models} Quality of Service: The  quality of service (QoS) refers to several related aspects of  telephony and  computer networks that allow the transport of traffic with special requirements.
