[S-Cube] Positive third year review

On May 03 and 04, the third year review of the European FP7 Network of Excellence S-Cube took place in Essen.

The core technical work of the project has been rated as very good, and the reviewers have appreciated the good collaboration and integration of activities in the consortium, with most work and many papers being jointly developed by several S-Cube members. All deliverables have been approved and are available for download.
