A Stakeholder is any person or group who affects the future system or who is affected by the future system [CD-JRA-1.1.5].


Stakeholders are these participants in the development process together with any other individuals, groups or organisations whose actions can influence or be influenced by the development and use of the system whether directly or indirectly. [Pouloudi, 1997]
