Process quality factors are the quality metrics representing the potential influential factors of KPIs, coming from different functional layers and components of SBA that are realized as business process. Knowledge of influential quality factors is crucial to the identification and enactment of adaptation actions across functional SBA layers. When the influential factors are not known a priori, they can be inferred by using the process quality factor analysis approaches. [Wetzstein et al, 2009] |
