The adaptation in a SBA may be motivated by a variety of factors, or triggers. It is possible to distinguish triggers related to component services and contextual triggers. The former include changes in the service functionality and changes in the service quality while the latter refer to changes in the business context, changes in the computational context, and changes in the user context [Bucchiarone et al. 2009] [CD-JRA 1.1.4]
